On Site Bookkeeping
Much of our work is keeping up with your company's day-to-day transactions and keeping everything in
balance! This might range from data entry to bank reconciliations to producing financial reports. Here, we work at your location
using your equipment. Pricing varies depending upon the complexity and location of work.
Remote Bookkeeping
Thanks to the internet we are able to serve many of our clients either through remote access or remote file
sharing. With remote access, we do the work from our offices directly on your computer -- as if one of us were filling your chair.
With file sharing, you send us your QuickBooks file and all supporting documents, and we do all the work for you from our location
Training
Training allows us to show you what QuickBooks can do, and we’re glad when our clients see the benefits also. What this means for
you is that your staff is properly trained in the systems tools they need to get the job done that drives your business.
One on One
This is best for business owners and managers who want to take care of the books themselves, but need the necessary skills to
navigate their way around QuickBooks. After an initial consultation, we sit down with you and give you detailed
training in those areas of QuickBooks most useful to you.
Remote
In a hurry? Got a problem that needs a quick fix? We offer remote access and training on your files when time is critical. We connect
from our computers to yours to save drive time and answer your questions on the spot.
Setup
To save hours of time and headaches, setting up your QuickBooks file properly can eliminate effort spent re-doing entries and
re-adjusting your accounts. Our professionals make sure you start off right. We analyze your business first, before we open the
box! Then, working directly with you, we structure everything from your Chart of Accounts to your sales forms to match your
